Shipping and Return Policy
Items bought from Ebay can be paid for by check , Money Order, and in Most Cases Paypal. Phone orders can be paid for by check or money order only. I cannot accept a credit card over the phone...sorry!
Items that are paid for by Paypal or money order will be shipped the same day, or next day. Our UPS leaves at 11:00 A.M. Our mail comes in about 2:00 P.M. Personal checks are fine, but we wait until they clear before the items will be shipped.
If you are close enough to pick your items up, we are here from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Jim Sr. is usually around on Saturdays, but you have to call first! Sundays we are closed. Items will not leave until they have been paid for IN FULL.
Shipping Costs
Most items will be shipped by UPS ground service. Some smaller items, and International Orders will be shipped via USPS. The shipping cost is determined by weight and distance being shipped. All items shipped from us via UPS include insurance. If your item is shipped by USPS, insurance is optional. We will not be held responsible for items shipped without insurance.
WHY UPS?
We ship via UPS ground because most of the "add ons" of the postal service are included. With your shipment you will get INSURANCE, E-MAILED TRACKING, and in the case of a claim, A FAST REFUND or REPLACEMENT. Most people don't know it, but when you have a claim with the Post Office....normal turn around is 4-6 weeks! With UPS, we can hopefully have you refunded, and taken care of in a few days. And by time you have added tracking, insurance, signature, etc, you've gotten to or exceeded the UPS price. So, UPS is our carrier of choice
RETURN POLICY
All items are guaranteed! If you don't like it, you don't have to take it! Items bought from Ebay can be returned for a full refund. If we made an error, we will pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
